Fleet Detailing in Mississauga

Standing schedules for vans, trucks and company cars, done on-site at your yard so nothing comes off the road. One invoice a month, one point of contact.

How fleet work is different

A fleet doesn't need showroom paint. It needs vehicles that look professional pulling into a customer's driveway, interiors that don't embarrass the driver, and a schedule that never takes a unit off the road during business hours. Those are different goals to retail detailing, and they need different pricing.

We work on-site at your yard, early mornings or weekends, on a standing rotation. You approve a scope once and it runs; we invoice monthly against a PO.

What we typically run

Monthly exterior — wash, wheels, glass, and a sealant every third visit. Keeps branded vehicles looking maintained and stops winter salt bonding to the paint.

Quarterly interior — full vacuum, extraction on the driver's area, hard surfaces steamed, glass. Driver seats and footwells take the wear; the rest of the cabin usually doesn't need much.

Annual protection — decontamination and sealant in October, plus rustproofing. On a fleet that's kept five or more years, this is the line item that moves resale value most.

Turnover prep — full detail when a vehicle changes drivers or goes to auction. Same logic as pre-sale: the cheapest money you can spend on resale.

Mississauga is fleet country

The employment lands along Dixie, Matheson, Britannia and the airport corridor are wall-to-wall logistics, trades and service companies. Most run vehicles that get washed when someone remembers, which means salt sits on them all winter and the resale hit shows up five years later. A standing schedule costs less than people expect and it's fully deductible.

What we need to quote

  • How many vehicles, and what types
  • Where they're parked overnight
  • How often you want them done
  • Whether interiors are in scope
  • Any branding or wrap we should know about

How it works

  1. Walk the yard

We look at the actual vehicles and their real condition. No quoting off a spreadsheet.

  2. Agree a scope and rate

Fixed per-vehicle pricing by type and frequency. Written down.

  3. We show up on schedule

Early mornings or weekends. Your vehicles stay on the road during business hours.

  4. Monthly invoice

One invoice, itemised by vehicle, against your PO. Net 30.

Also worth asking about

  • Wrapped vehicle care — wraps need different chemistry and last far longer when washed properly
  • Pre-auction prep for units coming off the fleet
  • New-vehicle prep as units arrive

Fleet questions

What's the minimum fleet size?

Five vehicles for a standing schedule. Below that, regular retail bookings usually work out better for you and we'll say so.

Do you come to us?

Yes — fleet work is on-site by default. We bring our own water and power, so we just need somewhere to park and access to the vehicles.

Can you work around our hours?

That's the point. Early mornings before dispatch and weekends are when most of our fleet work happens.

How does billing work?

Monthly, itemised by vehicle, against a PO if you use them. Net 30 for established accounts.

Do you handle wrapped vehicles?

Yes, and it matters — wraps degrade faster under the wrong chemicals and pressure. Tell us at quote stage which units are wrapped.
